This is a rare souvenir program from the Original Broadway production of the R. H. Burnside and Raymond Hubbell Mammoth Musical Spectacle "Better Times" which played the New York Hippodrome in New York City
(The production opened September 2nd, 1922 and ran for 405 performances, this program is from November 1922.)
The Eight and Twelfth Episodes included a young man named Archie Leach, who after appearing in several musicals on Broadway under his birth name, would go to Hollywood in 1931, change his name to CARY GRANT and become one of Hollywood's biggest film stars.

The oversized 36 page program measures 8 1/2" X 11" inches and includes full production credits, cast list, episodes and musical numbers, individual photos of many of the performers, a history of the Hippodrome and wonderful vintage advertising.
