Vintage Cashmere sweater/cardigan with lace and pearls-some stains

Vintage cashmere sweater/cardigag, ecru with ecru lace showing its age with lace and pearls. In fair to good condition. Small size: 18-1/2 inches across pit to pit. 18-1/2 inches down from neck. 4 inch cuff. Sleeves are 20-1/2 inches. Since this is a vintage item, sizes were different when this was made. I would say this is an Extra small to small sweater. Beautiful pearl and lace embellishment; beautiful pearl buttons.Has some stain issues-stain on back right of sweater, stain on back right sleeve, 3 stains on right sleeve in front, Stain on lace on right sleeve, 1st row of lace, stain on lace on left sleeve, 2nd row of lace-see pictures.
