Stunning, NWT, skirt and sweater combo from 1990 with the shoulder pads to prove it! The blue color is really breathtaking, similar to a Honolulu blue, but the stand out are the buttons! The skirt, measuring 16” from seam to seam and 29” in length, features “forever pleating” according to the tag. The sweater has a sleeve length of 23”, shoulder to hem 24”, and side seam to side seam of 19”. The buttons are circular gold toned with 6 rhinestones in the center. The set is marked size 14.
