Vintage Cat Embroidery Sleeveless Cardigan/Vest

Vintage vegan cardigan vest. It's about 50/50 Ramie and cotton. Featured embroidered appliques of cats/kittens and yarn. It has functional buttons (button up). Brand is Napa Valley. The tags say it's a size Medium, but could probably fit larger. If you're small you can wear it as an oversized, which would look super cute. Refer to the measuring tape in the photos for approximate size in inches (measure yourself and compare for your preferred fit).
