This is a very pretty heart vintage and signed on back, 12k 1/20 GF Designer Catamore 1 7/16" X 1 3/8" This one is yellow gold with beautiful sparkly crystals in colors of, white like diamond, citrine yellow, turquoise blue, ruby red, royal blue This needs wiped cleaned, I don't clean any of my vintage estate pieces, it's in excellent condition just needs a cleaning.
