Vintage Ceci of California Junior Petite Mod Dress Drop Waist Stunning. It has a beautiful shine and a luxurious look. The cream top is attached to a navy blue skirt, which is divided by an embroidered detailed band. Talon zipper pull and plastic zipper. No noticeable care tag but the tag does have material, style number and size. The detailing on the buttons is the perfect addition to this dress. Zipper closure in back. Long sleeve. 70% Acetate and 30% Rayon I can't tell if the size is a 5 or 6. See measurements below. It could definitely fit an adult size 6 if slender in hips and arms. I found similar dresses for this brand that places this in 1960's as the design would seem fit. But, it could be a later design around the early 1970's. I'm not a professional vintage dealer and I don't have dating expertise. Measurements across and approximate: Pit to Pit: 17" Sleeve Inseam: 16.5" Skirt Width across: 18.5" Waist across: 17" Shoulder to Hem: 33.5" Defects: Some noticeable wear throughout top portion of dress. Seems to be slight piling due to material. Very difficult to see and I tried to take a few photos of this. Other than that no rips or tears. No stains.
