Vintage Celebrity Articulated Butterfly Necklace

Vintage from the 1960s Celebrity Articulated Butterfly Necklace This is a nicely done butterfly necklace made by the Celebrity company. They were in business from the 1950s to the 1970s. This piece is silver tone with turquoise, coral, white and black enamel accents. The silver is darkened to mimic silver patina. The butterfly measures 3.5 inches across the top of the wings and is 2 1/8 inches in length. The chains measures 9 inches on one side and 11.5 excluding the tassel. The necklace has a southwest, boho vibe to it. Fun, oversized 1960s necklace in very good condition. No noted flaws. (K)
