Vintage 90s chambray (linen/cotton blend) skirt. Lightweight. Buttons down the front. Elasticized waist at back. Labeled a 10P, fits like a s/m. Excellent condition. Waist measures 14” at rest and stretches comfortably to about 15.5”. Estimated to fit a 28-29” waist best. Garment is 31” long.
