Vintage Chambray Wrap Skirt - Small, midi length - Blue

This is an almost unbearably cute little wrap skirt, and I think, completely vintage. Maybe even handmade. No tags or size, but it fits like a small/size 4. Measurements in photos show both the true waist, and the waist if the ties are pulled out as far as they can go without leaving a gap in the skirt. Chambray material; a very pale, textured blue.
