Overall the bag is in very good condition. Very minimal signs of use, other than some minor scratches. Serial number is still legible.

Can the lock be repaired? Are you stating it does not lock at all or is there an alternate way of locking?

@scarlettbutler the mechanism is a push lock. The lock will “sit” together but doesn’t “snap” together anymore. Is that makes sense. I can add a Video if you want. I got a quote from leather surgeons to replace the lock for $235.

I wouldn't wear a bag that can't lock. So to fix is almost $600 with shipping to and from Leather Surgeons. One more question, in your last photo, the red interior looks pretty worn, including the white tag. Is that just the photo?
