Vintage Chanel Gripoix Cruiciform Design Button

Beautiful vintage Chanel Gripoix type button in the cruiciform design with stones of purple, blue and faux pearls. The silver tone metal is set onto a clear plastic with a protruding single hole metal in the back, typical of Chanel. The stones in the center are poured into the metal frame. There is the tiny double c's on the bottom of the cross form but you may need to enlarge the photos to see it. This button was made probably in the 1990s. I collected several of Chanels jewelry and buttons for years, most of it already sold with only a few pieces left and ran across just a few by accident as I am clearing out my closets. Chanel buttons area great way to accessorize for just a 'little touch of Chanel', without having to spend a fortune on their larger jewelry pieces.
