Four patched pockets at front and out of line closure by covered buttons. Little collar to wear buttoned up or open. Long sleeves with buttons at cuffs. Damasse yellow silk lining with C.C design. Golden metal chain at hem. Signed inside button. French size 38, American 6, International M.
