Vintage Charlie’s Mustache dress

Vintage Charlie’s Moustache dress - just bought it from a yard sale today, and the owner said it was at least 50 years old! I would have totally kept it but it’s a wee bit small for me! It fits like a small, dimensions in the photos. I just hope I can get it to a good home. The owner told me it was her “favorite dress!” Measurements: Bust - 15" Sleeve length (front shoulder seam to bottom of sleeve) - 23" Waist at smallest bit - 14.5" across
