Vintage Charlotte cloche hat or bowler hat, green wool, EUC. Comfortable wool hat! Pheasant feathers decorate it as the hatband. Can be worn either as a cloche with the brim down or as a bowler hat with the brim up (although the wool inside has a slightly different hue and texture). Its inner measurement is about 22”, so it is around a hat size 7 or small/medium. I got this and several others from someone who was downsizing a theatrical props department.
