This late 80s/early 90s Chava! brand crinkle skirt is in gorgeous vintage condition! Midi-length with elastic waist in deep maroon and navy plaid with side panels for a bit of extra swirl! Made in the USA of rayon and acetate - no ironing needed. Measurements taken while lying flat: 13 1/2” across waistline with plenty of stretch, 26 1/2” from waist to hem. Size S
