Vintage? Chiaramente Made in Italy SZ S Grey/Rust? Cardigan/ Jacket?

I bought this at an Estate Sale so I do not know anything about it but it is sooo stinkin' cute!! I personally have not washed it, mostly wool but tag says DO NOT DRY CLEAN. Oh to be small again....
