vacat @isa_wine_lover I'm on reduced hours for Christmas, so I'm just checking my newsfeed. It's now allowed if its brand new, never opened, still sealed. That's a fairly new change!! Here's where it troubles me - if someone even unrolls a tube of lipstick to show the color, they've broken the seal allowing bacteria and viruses to enter!! It has to be brand new, still sealed. I see it all the time where someone has opened a eyeshadow or lipstick and removed the seal to better show the color - not a good idea! One eye infection and people will learn not to do that. Just my opinion.
