Vintage Childs Pointy Leather COWBOY BOOTS

Awesome pair of Childs Cowboy boots by GRAND. They are leather with leather souls with fancy tan and blue stitching and steel tipped toes with Texas Linghorns. I took pictures of the stamped numbers inside, there is a 15 1/2, but not sure if that is a size. Actual measurements are 3" wide and toe to heel is 7". I'm not sure if this is a size 3, 4 or 5. The shafts are 7.5" tall, measured from the side of the boot, including heel.
