Vintage Child’s Quilted Jacket, purchased in Hong Kong mid-1970s age 1-3?

Beautiful child’s vintage quilted jacket, machine washable and in excellent condition. No stains or tears, but one sleeve has some slight fraying on the hem. One original owner (me) 40+ years ago. I have many of these to sell in various sizes because each time I sized out of one, my mother bought the next size up. And kept them. For 40 years. 2 pockets in front, floral pattern, mandarin collar, wooden toggle buttons. No labels or tags but fabric appears to be cotton or a cotton-poly blend(best guess). No size known, so please compare measurements to a similar garment you own. Ruler in photo is 12” Measurements: 15” from collar to bottom hem, 13” from arm seam to arm hem, 10” from underarm to underarm
