Vintage Chinese Baby Outfit

I am assuming with the 2 on the tag it's for a baby about 2 months. Plus they look about like what a 2 month old would wear. It has a stain on one pocket (see 2nd pic). The shirt from the top of the shoulder to the bottom. measuring the bottom of the sleeve from the body to the end of the sleeve is about 5 1/2" Measuring the body under the sleeves and across the body is 13. The waist of the pants measures 10” and stretches out to 10 1/2". They are 12" in the hips. The pants are about 16" in length. My measurements may not be perfect but they are probably pretty close.
