Vintage Chinese Chrysanthemum Cheongsam Silver/Blue Silk Dress Mandarin Collar

This is a lovely vintage silver/blue cheongsam dress, made in China. The knee-length dress is crafted of rayon satin jacquard with a luminous chrysanthemum design. It features classic cheongsam detailing: stand-up mandarin collar, side metal zipper and asymmetrical snap bodice closure. It has deep 14" side slits on both sides. This dress is in excellent vintage condition. Wore one time in the early 90’s to ring in the New Year in San Francisco. Purchased at vintage store then, so likely 50-60 years vintage.
