Vintage Chinese button down top 17”x23.5”

Vintage shirt made in Shanghai, China. Most likely circa 1950s. I bought this at a vintage store on Haight St. in SF years ago. Apparently, it belonged to someone named Noah before me. :) Measures approximately 17” armpit to armpit and 23.5” top to bottom. Color is best represented in pic 6 - it’s a beautiful dark green and has yellow and red trim. Tag says it’s a vintage size 14. Seems like a modern XS or maybe S. Please go by the measurements.
