Vintage Chinoiserie Porcelain Shou Bead Necklace Longevity White Nylon Rope

Vintage Chinoiserie porcelain Shou bead longevity necklace. Hand strung on a twisted white nylon rope. 38" long. Weighs 2 ounces. 1/4" thick white nylon rope. 11 porcelain beads line a white twist braid nylon rope necklace. The beads are blue and white (Chinoiserie) hand painted Shou beads. Shou beads are a type of Asian collectible bead decorated with motifs such as dragons, longevity symbols, cinnabar, Carnelian, etc. Shou beads are made to represent protection to ensure a long life. One row of 3 has 2 of the longer/bigger beads that have one chip at the bottom of each (so 2 chips total). I took a close up of those beads so you can see the chips on the 2 beads. The white Nylon rope is pretty clean. Smoke free home.
