Featuring a kitschy style, it depicts Santa's helper construction elf pixie with pointed ears & a long nose. He’s wearing a green jumpsuit with a red vest, red shoes & a red hat with a jingle bell (does make noise). This cute little guy has miniature tools Scissors, hammer & ruler in his tan tool belt. Measuring 10”Lx5”W x 2”H but he is posable if you prefer. The ornament is from the Santas Workshop collection & was manufactured in 1998 by Holiday Creations.
