This large heavy Ciner glossy blue enamel and crystal dragon bracelet has a twisted hinge. Could also be called a bangle. Circa 1980’s is a rare and fabulous find! Stamped and signed. It is a stunning example of ciner quality and craftsmanship . All sparkling crystals set in gold plate and mo crystals missing. Side hinge closure. Very tight and secure

roger1926 @rockynwendy the Ciner bracelets he did during this period were enamel with crystals. They are rare and very special especially because they came out of my moms jewelry box. I have some other bangles by Ciner but they are very plain compared with these. Did you read the description?
