Vintage Circle Skirt Red & White polka dot midi skirt

This is a pretty flowy skirt from the early 80s or maybe even the 70s It was handmade of red cotton with tiny white polka dots It has a waist band and a center back zipper and pants sliding hook and eye closure/ unlined very full!
