This vintage full purple midi skirt from City Girl Styled in California has a drop waist detail with a sort of western flair! Elastic panels on each side of the waist. Vintage size 14 -- so pay attention to flat measurements! Fabric is poly, but feels like a lightweight faux suede. Super cute with boots and a long statement necklace.
