Vintage Cloissoné Blue & Green Floral Porcelain & Enamel Silver Clasp Necklace

Probably originated from China. The clasp has "silver" written on the back and is non-magnetic so is probably sterling silver. It also has an intricate Filligree Design on its front. May actually be made with the Champlevé technique instead of Cloissoné.
