Vintage MCI brand “World of Fine Handbags” woven raffia clutch purse with multicolor rainbow stripe pattern on both sides. Fully lined interior with one interior pocket. Plastic closure with extra snap-lock. Made in Hong Kong. I believe this item dates from the 1970s. Condition is used. No flaws noted. Very clean interior in excellent condition.
