Chantelle, I followed you… how long have you been on the shoots? I’m 5’3” & 192 pounds
I have 5 kids & I’ve never weighed this much EVEN PREGNANT‼️ I had a L hip replacement a L shoulder replacement & the preop tests showed I was forced to have a double mastectomy & restructuring… so my physical movement has gone to almost nothing because those 3 surgeries were all within 5 months of each other with no PT!
