Has double sided hang tag, brass turnlock fully functioning and affixed tightly, back slip pocket, front slip pocket, interior zipper on pocket intact and fully functioning, clean interior and the leather dowel covers are present and in great shape. No long shoulder strap but Coach sells great straps that would be beautiful on this and Mahogany straps are out there, too!
