I originally purchased this for the *piece* of hardware to use as a replacement for a backpack (as pictured). However, I found that I did need to use it. I believe the prongs are still attached on the back of the hardware washer. (Reference the photo with the pencil tip.) This is a *scrap* of a purse. So unfortunately, *part* of a purse- not a full purse. No handles, no hang tag, no shoulder straps or mechanism to carry with straps. This is not a complete purse :( Has a *piece* of the turn lock mechanism but not the complete turn lock mechanism. May be used to make cute leather charms.
