The brass was polished with Wizards. No harsh cleaning, or dunking. To my knowledge, it has not been polished or painted. This Prairie bag is in beautiful condition. No odd smells or odors. The leather is soft and supple. The leather is in wonderful condition. There is one small nick on the back I feel is worth noting. See the last pic. It doesn’t really show, but I can feel it and I want to be as thorough as possible. Comes from a pet friendly, smoke free home.
