Morning! Are those pen marks or scratches on the top of the flap & ink stains on the back?

@sstarkel76 I took some additional pictures to address your questions. On the front flap, top are mostly scratches. I see what looks like three pens lines. On the back bottom, left are some ink stains. I took another picture of the inside pocket to show where they came from. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
