Vintage Coach Twill/Leather shoulder bag

This is a vintage Coach handbag. Light khaki twill. Luggage brown leather straps and trim. Shows signs of age and wear. There are smudges on the khaki twill. I was afraid to rub or try to remove them in case I made it worse. Inside there are stains on the bottom of the bag just from wear not from anything spilling. See photos. Purchased in 2004. Original tag says $158. Measures 13x7. Strap drop 10 in.
