Vintage Cobalt Lapis Chunky Beaded Bracelet with Sterling Silver Fittings

This bracelet is stunning!! It looks like Lapis but I'm no expert so please let me know if I'm wrong. The metal tests positive for sterling silver when tested with 18k gold chemical. Hook and loop findings make it easy to put on and take off. Please ask any questions below in the comments. Beads are approx 1/2" in diameter and the bracelet is just under 8" in length.
