Vintage Cocktail Dress Little Black Dress Shannon Rogers for Jerry Silverman XS

Authentic, preowned, vintage cocktail dress, made by Shannon Rogers for Jerry Silverman, most likely in the very early 60s. Made from black satin, this little black dress features a square neckline, a cinched waist with matching black satin bow belt and flared skirt. Definitely a Jackie-O vibe going on here!! Fully-lined/dry clean only. No fabric contents, care or size label. Preowned/vintage with some signs of prior use and wear: the belt was safety-pinned to the dress in storage, and has some pull marks to the fabric (can't be seen when wearing, but evident if you remove the belt). Note that the belt fastens with tiny hook/eye closures at one side of the bow; dress fastens with a metal zipper in back. No size tag, fits like a modern XS. Approximate measurements (taken flat and doubled where appropriate): bust - 36in, waist - 26in, hips - 36in, shoulder to hem - 36in. Belt is 26in L. Tagged SHANNON ROGERS FOR JERRY SILVERMAN and SUE PEYTON'S SHREVEPORT LA (a formal dress shop that was in business from the 40s until 2010).
