Vintage Cocktail Dress, Sz 13

Sheer blue sparkling top. That extends past the waistline skirting the front and hanging in the back like tuxedo tails. Under skirt is black Arm holes are cut low. There are some pulls in the thread (see photos); they stand out more in photo than in person. I didn’t notice them till I took the photo.
