Vintage Cocktail Prom Dress 80s, Black, Off the Shoulder, Long, Plunging, Small This is an unbranded vintage dress. The size tag is missing but based on the measurements, I think it's a small. The shoulder staps are elastic and the upper part of he arm would be covered, leaving the shoulders bare. The neckline plunges to reveal cleavage and has a decorative crystal/tear drop pearl accent. The skirt is fluttery and has great movement. The dress is lined and is in great preowned condition. Stored in smoke free, climate controlled environment. Measurements when laid flat: Waist 13" Armpit to armpit: 15" Length from middle ofshoulder strap to hem:: approximately 59"
