Vintage Collared Dress Womens Size S Shirtwaist Belted Short Sleeve

Classic blue and white striped vintage collared shirt dress with puffy short sleeves, pearl button front, elasticized waist. Approximately a modern 4/ size S. Approximate measurements chest 36" waist 28" (stretches) length 41". Good vintage condition with discoloration to the belt. Can be worn without. There are also some discoloration spots on front of dress which are not noticeable. Pearl color on one button shows wear.
