Vintage Collared Long Sleeve Cream Belted Dress

I have no idea where she's from. All tags have been removed, but she's GORGEOUS! Pull on over head with a side zipper. See photos. I don't know the size, but here are measurements: length - 49" waist - 14" pit to pit - 19" sleeve - 13" Don't even know the material, but so very silky and soft. You can definitely feel the quality.
