Marked “MADE IN TAIWAN” on the base. It is also known as “Nectar of The Golden Life of Health and Vitality”. The bottle is 3 1/4 inches tall and is made of thick dark amber glass and has a tree in the middle. NO CORKS, NO OTHER ISSUES.
