Vintage Collection Handwoven Tunic Style Dress

This dress is purple with handwoven florals in tones of reds and pinks. This is an off the shoulder style with tie in the back. Fully lined. Can be worn as an above the knee dress or with leggings. It is a size small, however, it runs more in line with a size large. I'm 5.5 and 142 lbs and large chested and there is still a lot of room. This item is brand new, never worn.
