Vintage College Town of Boston (7/8) Kilted Skirt, plaid, XS

Vintage College Town of Boston kilted pleated skirt, 7/8 (vintage sizing--see measurements). WPL 8216. Est circa 60-70's. Skirt has 2 green pleather buckle closures with some wear signs (see pictures). Skirt does not have a fabric label but feels like a wool or wool blend. I do not note any stains or holes. A great piece for your retro closet!
