Vintage Colony Glass Kings Crown Ruby Flash Thumbprint Wine Glasses (set of 6)

These Ruby Crown wine glasses were made between 1953-1967 by the Lancaster Colony Corporation. They hold 4 ounces of beverage and are 3 5/8" tall by 2 1/2" across top of glass. These wine glasses feature the well-known Kings Crown pattern trimmed with ruby red flash. A flash glass is a type of glass created by coating a colorless glass with one or more thin layers of colored glass. There are some areas where the coloring has worn off, but they are still beautiful. I have other glasses that I have listed-champagne and tumbler and some plates. These glasses come in a set of 6 ( I have 3 other sets of 6). These would great on your dinner table not only are they vintage, but they are a very pretty color and will make a definate statement on your table.
