Vintage Connie Sage, Inc. Blue Velvet Dress w/Lace Neck Detail Size Vintage 10

Vintage Connie Sage, Inc. Bright Blue Velvet Dress Size Vintage 10 which runs very small so probably like a modern size 4 - see photos with measurements. The gorgeous blue velvet sleeveless shift dress features covered velvet buttons down the front, ivory cotton lace around the neck, zip back, and partially lined bodice. Does have a few ink marks on the front as seen in last photo. These are not very noticeable and I haven't tried to remove them with stain remover. This would be perfect for a retro party or just if you love to wear vintage items. Great for a costume. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
