Vintage Contempo Casuals velvet bodycon beaded dress shoulder pads fringe sm EUC

Amazing beaded velvet dress from Conetmpo casuals. Pretty much perfect except one of the fringes lost its beads. I'll leave the string on there so you can put beads back on it if you want, but if you cut that one string off it's not like anyone would notice. It hugs your body like second skin and it is pretty stretchy, so if you're a couple inches bigger than the measurements don't worry. the bust area isn't that stretchy, just FYI. I would still accommodate an A-C cup though. It's such an awesome dress, I love it so much but I live in Hawaii so I'll never be able to wear it here. Measurements are in the photos, as well as the string that's missing the beads. as you can see it's not very noticeable and would be an eas fix.
