Vintage Costume Handmade Housewife 50s Style Dress

Vintage blue with white polka dots dress. Handmade for a costume department to have a 1950s look. This is a vintage item, but I believe it was made in the 80s (not the 50s). It is a knee length house dress with back zipper, front pockets and tie in the back. This item shows signs of wear and needs to be gently (perhaps professionally) cleaned. There is one spot that I only noticed upon close inspection while taking photos.
