Such an incredible piece! Navy Skirt attached to a 3/4 sleeve shirt with vest attached. The vest has a button closure and a flattering silhouette with a beautiful floral print. There is strings to tie it in the back. This dress has shoulder pads, gold and pearl buttons, and a very unique floral and paisley print. Very sturdy and quality piece! Unsure of the fabric material. Photos show it both tied and untied in the back. Measurements are approximate and taken flat across the front of garment when untied.
