90’s vibes going crazy with this piece! Cotton Candy floral baby doll dress in a Medium. This sheer dress has a navy tank slip connected underneath. Has cute sheer fabric covered button accents on sleeves and back neck…unfortunately one button is missing but could relocate one from sleeve or it looks to be full functional without the missing button.
